Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I do a yoga practice?

We recommend that you practice yoga at least twice a week to experience the full benefits of the practice. However, once a week will make a difference.

What should I wear to a yoga therapy session?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. You will need a yoga mats. Having your own props is recommended for higene reason but we can also provide them.

What can I expect from a mindfulness workshop?

In our mindfulness workshops, you can expect to learn practical tools for cultivating presence, awareness, and inner peace.
